The Darkness has (not so quietly) been releasing awesome glam rock for nearly a quarter century now. Its hard to believe that after releasing Permission to Land that they wouldn’t just flame out in a blaze of party rock glory. Somehow, they survive. Their last record (Dreams on Toast) is still crazy good, and actually shows some maturity. Unbelievable, but true!
