After Kyuss broke up singer John Garcia formed the short-lived band Slo-Burn. They basically only existed from 1996-1997 and put out one amazing EP Amusing The Amazing. They took the stoner rock template of Kyuss and made it even heavier: more rock and less prog. This killer live video from CBGB’s in 1996 shows them in top form. While the whole concert is depicted in the video, I opted to start it on the set closer “July” for obvious reasons.
