The Bottle Rockets were an amazing alternative country band that never really broke through to the mainstream, which is a shame. In a perfect world this crazed performance on Conan in 1995, soon after the release of The Brooklyn Side (perhaps their magnum opus), should have been their launching point to the stratosphere. Check out that flying-V bass!!!
